Chisholm had a challenge converting enrolment leads and needed help to find enrolment funnel optimisation and business efficiencies to support a major student marketing campaign.

Chisholm’s peak enrolment period in January had traditionally been an extremely stressful and challenging time for the business. Resources were strained, resulting in sub par staff retention outcomes, long processing delays and lost enrolment and revenue opportunities.

 

Approach

W3.Digital identified and fixed enrolment process bottlenecks, facilitating a simultaneous doubling of core enrolment resources in combination with a dramatic process redesign.

This delivered a far better student enrolment experience as a result. Changes included;

  • Website modifications reducing enquiries and maximising availability of enrolment
    resources.
  • An operations restructure that implemented algorithmic call centre management processes and implemented KPIs

Outcome

  • The change program resulted in an increase of 2,000 enrolments YOY, 35% increase in budget, shorter processing times and happier, less anxious new students.
  • Tripled call centre capacity.
  • Currently in the early stages of a complete enrolment centralisation transformation piece, underpinned by the trust built due to
    demonstrated effectiveness.
