Workwear Group Sales Tool

With over 85 years of expertise, the Workwear Group offers a portfolio comprising eight market leading brands, such as KingGee, NNT uniforms and Hard Yakka, and design and source uniforms for small to large enterprise cross sector for Australia’s leading brands.

The brief

Workwear asked W3.Digital to develop a sales app to provide the sales team with a simple method to rapidly and consistently create customised uniform ranges online for presentation to clients.

What we did

In close collaboration, we identified the processes that sales team members were undertaking to manually design uniform ranges. W3 prioritised those that could be automated via the web app, leading to productivity and efficiency gains across many areas of the business.

We then applied expertise in product innovation, persona development and user experience design to develop a tool that was relevant, scalable and aligned to Workwear’s environment and client needs.

The results

The sales app has become an incredibly valuable asset within the Workwear Group, delivering significant efficiency gains. W3.Digital and Workwear are continuing to work together to improve the app’s functionality as it is being adopted across the stable of brands.

  • 100 sales team members are using the app with expectations this will rapidly increase due to more brands coming on early 2016
  • Users are spending 10mins on the app to create presentations compared to hours previously spent manually creating presentations
  • 940+ presentations have been created within the app
